It usually refers to eating and food.<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>It stands to reason that when you reach satiety, your appetite fades and you stop eating. If you never really feel satiety, you&#8217;re likely to go on eating, or even over-eating. Satiety is the key to weight loss.<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Achieving satiety, however, involves more than simply eating highly-satiating foods. Food is one factor of course, but other factors include:<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* When you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* How you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you&#8217;re thinking when you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you&#8217;re thinking before and after you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Where you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Who you eat with<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you are hearing while you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you are smelling while you eat<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Why you are eating<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you&#8217;re eating off (e.g. tableware)<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What you do when you&#8217;re not eating<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Your environment<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Your food containers<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* Food labeling<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* How well you sleep<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* What time you go to sleep<br \/>\n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>* How long and well you sleep<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>The list goes on, and you can find out more about achieving satiety in &#8220;How to Lose Weight &#8211; The Satiety Diet&#8221;. It may seem overwhelming at first, but the basic principles of The Satiety Diet are simple and logical.
