We’re excited to announce the forthcoming launch of the first book in the series, “How to Lose Weight – The Satiety Diet”. It’s scheduled for publication on 1st December 2019.
Let me tell you a little about the series.
We took four years to write it, the bibliography contains hundreds of citations, and it’s all grounded in cutting-edge research. Around the world, scientists working at the limits of human knowledge are pouring time and money into finding the answers to the “obesity crisis”. As a result, we found so much valuable information for the first book that it spilled over into a second title – “The Satiety Diet Weight Loss Toolkit”, which will be launched in 2020.
Of course, no weight loss program would be complete without a recipe book, and we’re working on that right now. It’s called “Crispy, Creamy, Chewy – The Satiety Diet Cookbook”.
Personally, I’ve tried every diet known to man, which (in my opinion) makes me an expert on how hard it is to lose weight. To these books, I’ve contributed everything I’ve learned from my own experience.
The other author of the series, James L Gibb, is well-known for writing the book “Is Food Making You Sick? The Strictly Low Histamine Diet“. James is a dedicated researcher, with a life-long interest in health and nutrition.
